ADMINISTRATIVE EMPOWERMENT AND ITS IMPACT ON ORGANIZATIONAL LEARNING - FIELD STUDY AT SONELGAZ FOUNDATION IN LAGHOUAT -
Abstract
The aim of the study was to examine the impact of administrative empowerment in its dimensions (information sharing, independence and freedom of action, information teams) in organizational learning (knowledge management, information technology, learning dynamics, organization transformation, and organizational memory). The sample is based on the previous studies in this field. A questionnaire was distributed on a sample of individual retrieved (45) and the exclusion of two items. The statistical program was used to analyze its data. The results showed a significant effect between the independent variables and Variable of the study also recommended the adoption of the administrative dimensions of empowerment within the organization's strategy for human resources, in addition to enhancing organizational learning and provides the appropriate environment for it.
