Abstract

The constantly changing marketing environment imposes on enterprises the movement and continuous work to achieve the main goals, and to face severe competition in the market in light of a good understanding of consumer behavior and achieving customer satisfaction and loyalty, and on this basis each institution must distinguish from the rest through its progress.
