The questionnaire was used as a tool to collect data, and the study followed the descriptive correlational approach. Data were collected from a stratified random sample of 263 individuals. The results indicated that the level of strategic agility was high, as was the level of competitive advantage. The results also showed that there was a statistically significant effect of strategic agility on competitive advantage, with "shared responsibility" being the most influential dimension in achieving job engagement, followed by "core capabilities," then "strategic sensitivity," and finally "clarity of vision." The study concluded with several recommendations, the most important of which are : intensifying training programs and activities that promote collaboration and teamwork among various administrative and academic staff ; integrating strategic analysis into the periodic planning processes of the university to facilitate rapid response to changes ; and focusing on continuously improving the quality of academic programs and linking them to market and societal needs.
Sameer Suleiman Aljamal, Amani Mahmoud Issa Copyright (c) http://journals.lagh-univ.dz/index.php/jeemr/article/view/4402 Wed, 17 Dec 2025 00:00:00 +0000 The Impact of Organizational Leadership and Technology Strategies in Reengineering Hybrid Teaching on Improving Performance in Universities: An Exploratory Study Using Factor Analysis (EVE) http://journals.lagh-univ.dz/index.php/jeemr/article/view/4403
This study aims to explore the impact of hybrid teaching reengineering strategies on academic performance in higher education institutions with a particular focus on the pivotal role of organizational leadership and technology as fundamental drivers of this transformation. It relied on a questionnaire (185 samples) to collect data, which was then analyzed using SPSS. The study reached a set of results, as follows: The level of implementation of administrative digitization was high, with an arithmetic mean of 3.86. The level of job engagement as a whole was also high, with an arithmetic mean of 3.58. There is also a direct relationship between administrative digitization and the dimensions of job engagement as a whole and each dimension individually. The significance of this effect is confirmed by the calculated f value.

Based on this, a number of recommendations were formulated, including: Providing applied training programs and ongoing technical support to accompany employees during and after the digital transformation process, enabling them to acquire the skills necessary to use technology effectively and feel that the organization supports them and invests in developing their capabilities; Providing digital reward and recognition systems targeting employees most engaged with the digital transformation process, to enhance motivation and establish a culture of recognition for efforts.
hazar Mahboubi, Ahmida Farhat Copyright (c) https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc/4.0 http://journals.lagh-univ.dz/index.php/jeemr/article/view/4405 Wed, 17 Dec 2025 00:00:00 +0000 The Impact of Technological Innovation Evolution on the Demand Trajectory: A Case Study of Hybrid and Electric Vehicles in the Algerian Market http://journals.lagh-univ.dz/index.php/jeemr/article/view/4406
This study aims to analyze the impact of technological innovation on demand trends for electric and hybrid vehicles in the Algerian market. Despite the high levels of digital empowerment (the spread of smartphones and the Internet) in Algeria, this has not translated into the expansion of financial inclusion, as the use of digital payments has been characterized by its weak level. On the other hand, although the levels of digital empowerment in Morocco and Tunisia are relatively lower than in Algeria, they have recorded relatively better results thanks to the adoption of clear national strategies in the field of electronic payment and the promotion of financial literacy. The contribution of financial technology to achieving financial inclusion calls for the need to enhance integration between digital strategies and financial policies, expand financial education programs, and direct technological innovation towards serving the most marginalized groups in a way that enhances their confidence and pushes them towards the actual use of official financial services
Meriem LESBAA, Sara EDDEBOUB Copyright (c) https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc/4.0 http://journals.lagh-univ.dz/index.php/jeemr/article/view/4407 Wed, 17 Dec 2025 00:00:00 +0000 The Role of Green Innovation in Achieving Sustainable Development –The Successful Experience http://journals.lagh-univ.dz/index.php/jeemr/article/view/4408
This study aims to clarify the role of green innovation in achieving sustainable development by defining the conceptual framework of green innovation and sustainable development, and by analyzing the correlation between green innovation—through its dimensions: green product, green processes, and green organizational innovation—and the dimensions of sustainable development: economic, social, and environmental. This study presents a selection of successful experiences that have adopted green practices across various fields and industries. To achieve this, we used the descriptive method, which is suitable for analyzing previous literature on the topic and for identifying the correlation between the study’s variables. The study concluded that the elements of green innovation contribute to achieving the economic, social, and environmental dimensions of sustainable development. The primary objective is to examine how monetary policy shocks impact key macroeconomic variables, namely industrial production, inflation, and short-term credit, within a developing financial environment. The research hypothesizes that the credit channel constitutes the dominant pathway through which monetary impulses affect real activity. Using a Vector Autoregressive (VAR) model, the study analyses dynamic interactions among the money market rate (MMR), real exchange rate (RER), short-term credit (LSTC), consumer prices (LPCI), and industrial production (LIPI). The findings reveal that monetary policy shocks have a significant impact on real activity through the credit channel. At the same time, the exchange rate plays a secondary role, and consumer prices respond weakly due to structural rigidities. The results highlight the importance of strengthening financial intermediation to enhance the transmission efficiency of monetary policy. Policy recommendations include improving credit allocation toward productive sectors and reinforcing institutional frameworks to foster sustainable economic growth.
Samiha LAKAHEL, Youssef RAKHROUR Copyright (c) https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc/4.0 http://journals.lagh-univ.dz/index.php/jeemr/article/view/4418 Wed, 17 Dec 2025 00:00:00 +0000 Determinants of Financial Performance of Listed Companies on the Algiers Stock Exchange: An Econometric Study Using Panel Data Analysis http://journals.lagh-univ.dz/index.php/jeemr/article/view/4419
Using panel data from 2015 to 2023, this study investigates the factors that influence financial performance among businesses listed on the Algiers Stock Exchange.
