This requires that technicians be informed of the legal aspects of artificial intelligence in order to avoid the negatives that may result from its uses, and to benefit from its positives and advantages. The study concluded that most international and national legislation related to artificial intelligence only addressed its characteristics and role in the contractual field, forgetting the most important aspect, which is the legal regulation of the technical aspect of artificial intelligence. As a double-edged sword, despite its increasing role in most areas of our daily lives, developing it in an irresponsible manner may place the fate of humanity in the hands of a force that does not see things from a human point of view.

ikram Belbey i Copyright (c) 2025-06-30 2025-06-30 5 01 13 31 10.34118/jskp.v5i01.4237 Influence of artificial intelligence on students' learning and psychological well-being: a systematic literature review http://journals.lagh-univ.dz/index.php/jskp/article/view/4238
The incorporation of artificial intelligence (AI) into higher education is a major advance capable of transforming learning methods and supporting students' psychological well-being. Unlike previous research, which has primarily explored Gugbe syntax (Aboh, 2017; 2007; 2005; 1999; 1998), this study shifts focus to morphology, addressing the gap in understanding of word-formation processes in the language. Building on Adjibi’s (2020) work on Gugbe names and words associated with ‘ogú’ (the god of iron), the objectives here are to outline key Gugbe word-formation mechanisms and compare them to English morphological structures. Methodologically, the study analyzes words, phrases, and sentences from everyday speech and native songs, assessing morphological markers. Results show that Gugbe employs diverse processes: prefixation (e.g., otò, ‘country’), suffixation (mítọn, ‘our’), compounding (Gbé-kanlin, ‘wild animal’), reduplication (dagbedagbe, ‘very good’), calquing (Sȩnami, ‘God gave it to me’), clipping under calquing (Mìjoședo), and borrowing (blȩdi, ‘bread’). Notably, while most compound words in Gugbe are right-headed (e.g., gbékanlin, ‘wild animal’), some are left-headed or non-headed. This investigation expands understanding of Gugbe morphology, enriching linguistic resources for Gugbe learners and prompting further research into Gugbe lexical innovation.

Anthony Horeb Midjochedo Copyright (c) 2025-06-30 2025-06-30 5 01 275 297 10.34118/jskp.v5i01.4255 Digital Marketing and Its Role in Supporting Free Competition in the Telecommunications Sector in Algeria http://journals.lagh-univ.dz/index.php/jskp/article/view/4256
From the perspective of a sample of Algerian mobile phone users, this research aims to explore how digital marketing promotes free competition in the country's telecommunications industry.
Sarra BELGHOUAR Souad KHOUDOUR Copyright (c) 2025-06-30 2025-06-30 5 01 429 445 10.34118/jskp.v5i01.4265 Malek Bennabi’s Discourse: A Critical Perspective http://journals.lagh-univ.dz/index.php/jskp/article/view/4266
This article explores the political and cultural dimensions of Bennabi’s (1954) essay included in his book Vocation of Islam. It takes its bearings from the method of critical discourse analysis as proposed by Fairclough Norman (1995) in his book Critical Discourse Analysis: The Critical Study of Language. The study investigates three primary questions: first, the extent to which Bennabi's ideas represent not only a pioneering historical perspective but also a visionary forecast of imminent changes in the postcolonial landscape. Second, it examines the pragmatic and cultural dimensions that Bennabi emphasized as foundational for an awakening and renaissance in the Muslim world. Finally, the study evaluates Bennabi’s provisional plan for enacting change, and fostering societal and cultural reform. By analysing these aspects,[i] the study aims to highlight Bennabi’s contributions to understanding and shaping the trajectory of postcolonial development in the Muslim world

Ounissa AIT BENALI Copyright (c) 2025-06-30 2025-06-30 5 01 446 463 10.34118/jskp.v5i01.4266 Intellectual Property Rights Crises in the Light of Digital Technology http://journals.lagh-univ.dz/index.php/jskp/article/view/4267
Due to the rapid technological development that the world is witnessing today, all areas of human activity, including law, have been affected, leading to the creation of a virtual space parallel to the real space. Therefore, intellectual property legal systems have undergone several changes to face the outcomes of technology implementation.Current theoretical research seeks to determine the extent to which current intellectual property systems are sufficient to ensure effective legal protection for digital works. It addresses two aspects of the crises in this digital era: the inability of copyright law to effectively and seriously protect digital works, and the inadequacy of the copyright system to protect software. This paper discusses the effectiveness of granting a patent for software by presenting the experiences of many leading countries in the field.
Kheira Mousseddek Assia Hachmaoui Copyright (c) 2025-06-30 2025-06-30 5 01 464 478 10.34118/jskp.v5i01.4267 Distance Teaching in Higher Education: The Impact of Online Teaching of an English Content-Based Course on Motivation and Learning Quality http://journals.lagh-univ.dz/index.php/jskp/article/view/4268
In Algeria, higher education has gone online under the 19-Covid pandemic since 2019. However, after a five-year experience with remote digital learning student outcomes are far below standards of achievement. This article presents the results of a quasi-experimental study conducted in 2023 after five academic years of experience with distance teaching. It compares the effects of both onsite and online teaching of a content-based English course (Cognitive Psychology) on students’ achievement and motivation. The study involved 249 undergraduate third-year English students and three teachers of Cognitive Psychology from the Department of English, Algiers 2 University. A mixed method was used in the study, the first consists of a post-test design that compares two semestrial exams’ scores through a t-test (SPSS 27), and the second is a questionnaire administered to teachers and students. The findings indicate that while most students view online teaching favorably they and most of the teachers recognize that conventional classroom learning is more likely to trigger their motivation in the process of learning/teaching and more effective in enhancing learning quality than digital distance learning; however, the paired samples t-test revealed no significant difference between the two teaching modes in terms of students’ achievement with a strong correlation between the scores in the two semesters’ exams and a negligible size effect. Besides, results indicate a low achievement of students following the two instructional formats which informs that students took no advantage of the flexibility they were offered in a hybrid environment. The findings imply that the teaching mode cannot impact motivation and learning quality as long as students lack the motivation to learn synchronically online or physically in class.
Lynda Silhadi Copyright (c) 2025-06-30 2025-06-30 5 01 479 502 10.34118/jskp.v5i01.4268 Structural Parallelism in Surah 'Abasa: A Study in Grammatical and Semantic Balances http://journals.lagh-univ.dz/index.php/jskp/article/view/4269
This research presents an analytical study of syntactic parallelism in Surah 'Abasa, focusing on the grammatical and semantic balances that enhance meaning and reveal the Qur'an's rhetorical miracle.

The research provides an analytical examination of practical examples from the surah, such as the parallelism between "he frowned and turned away" and "he might purify himself" and "be reminded," to illustrate how parallelism enhances meaning and strengthens impact.

The study recommends expanding this research to other surahs and integrating grammar and rhetoric for a deeper understanding of the Qur'an's inimitability
Zakaria Tounani Copyright (c) 2025-06-30 2025-06-30 5 01 503 515 10.34118/jskp.v5i01.4269 Social media users' attitudes toward digital content creators in Algeria http://journals.lagh-univ.dz/index.php/jskp/article/view/4270
The proliferation of new media has led to the emergence of various phenomena in the global digital landscape, most notably the rise of digital content creation. Digital content creation has become a defining characteristic of social media platforms globally. Similarly, in Algeria, digital content creation has emerged as a dominant activity on social media platforms. However, the lack of clear legislative and regulatory frameworks for such activities has led to disorder in the digital content space. Many "influencers" have gained a large following, numbering in the tens or even hundreds of thousands, and sometimes millions. These followers engage predominantly with a wide array of content, much of which lacks substantial purpose, especially that created by influencers across various fields. This situation calls for a closer examination of the phenomenon, which has become a significant part of everyday life, both positively and negatively. On one hand, it is essential to understand the attitudes of social media users in Algeria toward these influencers; on the other, it is necessary to promote positive aspects while mitigating potential negative effects. It is imperative to regulate and monitor content creation in Algeria to harness its potential for raising awareness and advancing societal development.
salim MAIZA Copyright (c) 2025-06-30 2025-06-30 5 01 516 538 10.34118/jskp.v5i01.4270
