Abstract

In this research paper, we try to prove the importance of semantic fields theory in the lexicon industry, and what it has provided in order to develop this industry, especially in the issue of collecting vocabulary balance by limiting words in specific semantic fields, and revealing lexical gaps, lexical gaps, and the issue of arranging materials through Facilitating the definition of the word field, the field of its use, and controlling the intended meaning of the verbal consonant, and then arranging according to this perspective, and the issue of defining the entrances and controlling the lexical meaning.
