The importance of the organizational environment in the educational institution
Abstract
The study aimed to find out the effective role of physical and physical education teachers in developing and improving the organizational environment within educational institutions, the sample of the study (104) (professor and professor was chosen randomly. The researcher designed the questionnaire in a scientific way. The study found that the physical education teacher's role in improving the organizational environment of educational institutions was highly, and the study found that there are statistically significant differences in all the study variables, and the study recommended that with It offers full support and incentives by involving it in lectures and seminars related to the organizational climate.
