The research sample consisted of 30 lecturers. The results showed that that the average estimates of the total aspects of university teaching skills among the lecturers. of the university of Batna 1 and 2 from their point of view reached an average level of quality at 277.57 by 77%, but it is approaching the quality level. The average of their estimations for planning skills reached the level of quality at81% and the same level for communication and communication skills at 79%.
