This was done from the perspective of the school managers and to determine whether there are statistically significant differences in the averages of the study sample's responses regarding the application of these standards, attributed to the variable of years of experience in administrative positions. The study followed a descriptive approach, including all managers of intermediate boys' schools in Al-Ahsa, totaling 97 directors. The survey was used as a tool for data collection. The study found a remarkably high level of agreement among the study participants regarding the application of school managers in intermediate public education schools in Al-Ahsa to school leadership standards, with an arithmetic mean of (4.33). The five dimensions were ranked as follows: "Activating communication and interaction skills in administrative and educational work," "Practicing management functions and their various applications," "Supervision and monitoring practices in administrative and educational work in the school," "Solving administrative and educational problems in the school environment," and "Possessing the fundamental concepts of school leadership and its modern trends," ranked fifth. The results also showed no statistically significant differences in the study participants' responses regarding the degree of application by managers of intermediate public education schools in Al-Ahsa of school leadership standards attributed to the variable of years of experience in administrative positions in all dimensions.

Keywords: standards school leadership, general middle school.
Mosab BENSAOUD EL HALIBI, Djasem BENSAAD ELMOSLIM Copyright (c) 2024 Social Science Journal https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc/4.0/ http://journals.lagh-univ.dz/index.php/ssj/article/view/3821 Sun, 31 Mar 2024 00:00:00 +0000 Gender and Inequality of Land Ownership in Morocco - Case of Soulaliya’s Women in the Gharb http://journals.lagh-univ.dz/index.php/ssj/article/view/3822
Morocco's collective land morphology paints an unequal social and sexual division, based in its production of ethnic masculine groups on the cultural custom of producing a social imagination, infiltrating identity into the consciousness of individuals, and communicating social unit chains, forming a transnational identity of the body, sphere and man, and founding a collective identity of communities. It is a continuous transition through individuals' natural and cultural existence, into public policies. Legislation becomes a combination of the incorporation of positive law and the local cultural harmonization of the custom line in Morocco's public policy development. It is the sociological betting that this study attempts to stop at its limits that underscores the scientific importance of this work in understanding the sociological pradigms of communities, based on new gender relationships in collective lands, and ways to empower their weaker dynastic women circles.

Keywords: Gendre, Soulaliyat women, collective land, Empowerment.
Khalil BIYA Copyright (c) 2024 Social Sciences Journal https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc/4.0/ http://journals.lagh-univ.dz/index.php/ssj/article/view/3822 Sun, 31 Mar 2024 00:00:00 +0000 Specificity of criminal protication of human life and physical saftay in the medical field in the palestinian legislation http://journals.lagh-univ.dz/index.php/ssj/article/view/3823
In This research we dealt with the issue of the specificity of criminal protection prescribed by the Palestinian legislator for human life and physical integrity in the field of medicine, and The importance of this protection from a social perspective , in addition, we discussed the types of crimes affecting human life in this field, and the basis for their justification. There are a set of conclusions and recommendations were reached , the most prominent of which was the existence of deficiencies in some aspects of this criminal protection, including the defect of classification of crimes occurring in the field of medicine, and the defect of penalties commensurate with the magnitude of the damage resulting from failure to comply with the conditions set by the law to practice medical work, which in turn negatively affects human protection. As for the most important recommendations presented , It is necessary to establish and approve a unified criminal legal system to protect human life and health when providing In the field of medicine, in, and the establishment of precise standards for classifying medical errors, based on which, Criminal responsibility is determined.

Keywords: criminal protection, medical field, human life, physical integrity, criminal legislation
Mohamed BEDOUCI Copyright (c) 2024 Social Sciences Journal https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc/4.0/ http://journals.lagh-univ.dz/index.php/ssj/article/view/3823 Sun, 31 Mar 2024 00:00:00 +0000 The spiritual setback of Western civilization, a reading of the world crisis By René Guénon. http://journals.lagh-univ.dz/index.php/ssj/article/view/3824
This research paper aims to show the manifestations of spiritual deficiency that controlled the reality of the western civilization, since it is a paradigm for progress and development in the modern world, according to the French muslim orientaliste René Guénon. There have been several and different studies about the diagnosis of crisis in which the west is falling into, and so are we trying, over the course of this study, to clarify features of the spiritual deviation as a side among the various sides of multiple crisis that have spread inside the mode of modernity or the western contemporary civilization in its wide concept. There's no disagreement that the civilization of the west has been prisoned with her followers inside the walls of deadly materialism, delusional idols of personalism and the horizons of egoistic individuality. By that, it separates itself from taking credit of the originality of divine canons and gnostic principles that contributed, in a way or another, to raising civilizations; therefore, Therefore, there's no hope in balancing the civilization of the west from any spiritual emptiness unless it comes closer to gnostic features that are still alive, in a way or another, in the east.

Keywords: René Guénon, western civilization, progress, materialism, spiritual anomaly.
Amin TALBI, Yazid BOUAROURI Copyright (c) 2024 Social Sciences Journal https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc/4.0/ http://journals.lagh-univ.dz/index.php/ssj/article/view/3824 Sun, 31 Mar 2024 00:00:00 +0000 Water Resources a Real bet for Sustainable Development in Algeria http://journals.lagh-univ.dz/index.php/ssj/article/view/3825
Our research paper focuses on water resources a real bet on sustainable development in Algeria, which has been addressed by showing the conceptual significance of sustainable development, as well as by addressing the reality of water resources in Algeria within a realistic context by presenting the various procedures taken to provide and manage them. Moreover, the issue should be addressed through water-culture through various social practices in the context of realistic modeling, Reference was also made to the content of aquaculture in the midst of educational practice, and its indicative indicators, which mimic the structure of the curricula within socialization in its formal sector, with a set of proposals relating to water resources in terms of conservation and rationalization based on the grant of environmental citizenship and the entry for sustainable development.

Keywords: resources, water, development, sustainability, rationalization.
Abderrahmane BOUKOFA Copyright (c) 2024 Social Sciences Journal https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc/4.0/ http://journals.lagh-univ.dz/index.php/ssj/article/view/3825 Sun, 31 Mar 2024 00:00:00 +0000 The history of Arab-Islamic philosophy between cognitive and ideological http://journals.lagh-univ.dz/index.php/ssj/article/view/3826
ABSTRACT:

The Moroccan thinker Abed al-Jabri proceeds from the idea, which he considers fundamental, that the history of Arab culture, including the history of Islamic philosophy, has not yet been written, and that all the attempts that have been made so far in this regard are nothing more than a repetition of the methods of the Ancients or a reproduction of the approaches of the Orientalists. He believes that it provides a reading that goes beyond the gaps that marked the previous readings, the Arabic reading, which was characterized by ambiguity and compromise, and the Western reading, which is governed by European centralism. His thesis in this regard can be summarized as follows: the assertion that Arabic philosophy was a reading of Greek philosophy. To emphasize that the problem of reconciling the mind and the text has occupied the Arab mind for centuries, and has not been surpassed until now. Demanding the need to pay attention to Islamic philosophy from the point of view of the ideological contents that it carried.

Keywords: history of islamic philosophy, cognitive content, ideological content, arabic readings, orientalists readings
Ali KARBOUN Copyright (c) 2024 Social Sciences Journal https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc/4.0/ http://journals.lagh-univ.dz/index.php/ssj/article/view/3826 Sun, 31 Mar 2024 00:00:00 +0000 Psychological hardness and its relationship to Marital compatibility among a sample of primary school teachers in the wilaya of Djelfa http://journals.lagh-univ.dz/index.php/ssj/article/view/3827
The current study aims to identify the nature of the relationship between psychological hardness and marital compatibility among a sample of primary school teachers in the wilaya of Djelfa, and to reveal their level the study’s sample. Given the novelty of this approach, the incomplete understanding of its foundations and strategies, its relationship with traditional education, its effectiveness as an alternative, and the readiness of the educational environment to implement it, we have prepared this study titled “E-learning between Reality and Theorizing”, socio-educational study.

Through this study, we found that, at present, e-learning cannot substitute traditional education but can complement it, forming what is known as hybrid education, The E-learning approach also draws on most traditional education theories, along with the emergence of new theories that align with the E-learning style, such as communication theory an extension of socio-constructivist theory.

Keywords: e-learning, reality, theorizing.
Zoubir LEFKIER Copyright (c) 2024 Social Sciences Journal https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc/4.0/ http://journals.lagh-univ.dz/index.php/ssj/article/view/3829 Sun, 31 Mar 2024 00:00:00 +0000 Difficulties of speech therapy practice in the public and private sectors from speech therapist’s point of view http://journals.lagh-univ.dz/index.php/ssj/article/view/3830
The current study aimed to detect difficulties facing the speech therapists in speech therapy practice from a speech-therapists point of view, those employed in private and state sector.
