The position of the Algerian reform movement on the Palestinian issue (1936-1948) - Algerian Muslim Scholars Association as a model
Abstract
The Algerians have found more in the Palestinian issue than other Arab and Islamic issues throughout modern and contemporary history, which reflects within them the religious feeling, the national feeling, and the human aspiration for liberation and emancipation, and these are all dimensions that meet in Palestine and not others. May God’s prayers and peace be upon them, and Palestine is a usurped Arab land that everyone should contribute to liberating and defending from it. The Palestinian issue, with its political dimension, is a revolution of a people who wants liberation and emancipation.
In this research paper, we will look at the position of an authentic party on the components of the Algerian people and its history full of jihad and struggle, which is the Algerian reform movement with an Arab-Islamic orientation, represented in the Association of Algerian Muslim Scholars, tracing its interest and extent of its interaction with the developments of the Palestinian issue between 1936-1948.
