Human Relations from an Administrative Leadership Perspective: A Case Study of Sonelgaz Corporation in Mascara, Algeria

Abstract

This article examines the reality of human relations as practiced by administrative leadership within the Algerian economic enterprise. It seeks to answer the following research question: What is the current state of human relations as practiced by administrative leadership in Algerian economic enterprises? The significance of this study lies in addressing this question by identifying the reality of human relations and clarifying their concept, as well as examining the concept and practice of administrative leadership. The study is supported by field data presented in statistical tables, which are systematically classified, analyzed, and interpreted to derive the main findings and conclusions
