Military and Political Aspects of the Conflict between the National Liberation Front (FLN) and the Algerian National Movement (MNA) in Wilayas IV and VI during the Algerian War of Independence: A Study Based on the French Overseas Archives (1956–1962)
Abstract
This research paper deals with a reading in some of the French military, security and civil archival documents issued at the level of the titteri department and primarily that covers the administrative part of the largest part of the fourth and historic six states (wilaya), that dated some events related to the political and military conflict between the Front and the Liberation Army, and the Algerian National Movement and its military wing which Bellounis led him in this region, standing at the start of the dispute over the victory of democratic freedoms, and its continuation after the outbreak of the revolution in November 1954.
