Authors' Guide
1- Submitting Articles:
We invite authors wishing to publish their original articles of an applied nature to view the “Author's Instructions” and the “Author's Guide” available in the space allocated for the magazine “Bidayat” magazine on the Algerian scientific journals platform (ASJP)

In order to submit the articles proposed for publication, the authors should click on the item "Submit Article" located in the list of options on the left of the page in the space allocated for the magazine in the ASJP platform.
If the author has an account (username and password) to access the “Bidayyat Magazine” space, he must click on the option “Login”
If he does not have an account, he must register himself by clicking on the "Register" option
Note: Registration and login are necessary in order for the author to submit his article on the platform and follow it.
2- Preparing the article:
In order to speed up the process of publishing articles in "Bidayyat Magazine", authors are invited to download a sample template that meets the publishing conditions (RC_Template_Arabic.doc) uploaded from the magazine account on the platform from the "Author's Instructions" section
3- Author's Guidelines:
The authors are encouraged to carefully read and apply these recommendations.
The editor-in-chief has the right to return an article that did not respect these rules.
4- Article evaluation procedures:
In the first step, the article is examined anonymously (after deleting the name (s) of the authors) at the level of the internal secretariat of the journal, which meets regularly to broadcast the authors ’commitment to the publishing rules and the suitability of their articles to the field of the journal’s specialization, before sending them to the editors (members of the scientific body) accredited to the magazine. If the article does not receive positive approval from the editors, it will be returned to its author, along with the editors' comments and suggestions. The author can resubmit it after taking into consideration the recommendations made.
In the second step, and in the event that the author of the article adheres to the directives of the publishing rules and is appropriate to the specialty, the article will be qualified for the evaluation process (correct writing style, soundness of presenting the problem, existence of a hypothesis for the research, an explicit methodology to address the problem, and other evaluation requirements), and it will be sent The anonymous article is subject to the double evaluation by the editors, and in the turn of each of them the article will be sent to two reviewers under his network, according to a unified evaluation grid that they must fill out compulsorily. The co-editor can also evaluate the article himself if he so desires. On linking and coordination between the authors and the editors associated with them.
When the article gets a positive and a negative evaluation, the article will be presented again to a third resident from inside the country or outside it. And whoever has been determined his fate according to the outcome of the arbitration, which is considered final, and in the case of acceptance after the amendment, the author of the article must make the required corrections within a period of time not exceeding one month.
In the event that the article is accepted, the material submitted for publication shall be attached to the copyright declaration that can be downloaded from the magazine space on the platform. This declaration is included in a zip file located under the heading "Instructions to the author."
5- Article evaluation period:
The article is evaluated over a period of 45 days, but the evaluation can take a longer period, ranging from two months to three months on average or more, depending on the time available to the reviewer.
Publication ethics and malpractice statement
Bidayyat magazine publishes original and refereed scientific articles, with the aim of providing high quality to its readers by adhering to the principles of the code of publishing ethics and preventing malpractice.
The ethical code is classified within the COPE: Committee on Publication Ethic, and it is the guiding basis for authors, researchers and other parties influencing the publication of articles in the journal, including referees, consultants, revisers and publishers, so that the journal seeks to set unified standards of behavior. The magazine strives to ensure that everyone accepts the ethical code by agreement, and thus it is fully committed to ensuring its implementation in light of acceptance of responsibility and fulfilling the duties and responsibilities assigned to each party:
1- responsibility of the publisher:
Publishing decision: The copyright and quotation rights of previous scholarly works must be taken into consideration, with the aim of preserving the rights of others when publishing articles in the journal, and the editor-in-chief is responsible for the decision to publish and print and based on that on the journal's policy and compliance with the legal requirements for publication, especially with regard to defamation, slander or violation Copyright, printing or piracy, and the editor-in-chief can consult with members of the editorial board or reviewers in making a decision.
Integrity: The Editor-in-Chief ensures that the content of each article submitted for publication is evaluated, regardless of gender, origin, religious belief, citizenship or political affiliation of the author.
Confidentiality: The information of the authors of the articles must be strictly confidential and preserved by all persons who have access to it, such as the editor, members of the editorial board, or any member related to editing and publishing and the rest of the other trusted parties as required by the arbitration process.
Explicit consent: The results of others' research related to non-publishable articles cannot be used or utilized without the written permission or permission of their author.
2- Responsibility of the arbitrator:
Contribution to the publishing decision: The referee assists the editor-in-chief and the editorial board in making the publishing decision, as well as assisting the author in improving and correcting the article.
Speed ​​of service and adherence to deadlines: on the initiative and speed in carrying out the evaluation of the article addressed to him within the specified deadlines, and if this is not possible after the initial study of the article, he must inform the editor-in-chief that the topic of the article is outside the scope of the arbitrator's work, delaying the arbitration due to lack of time or insufficient capabilities For arbitration.
Confidentiality: All article information must be confidential for the arbitrator and the arbitrator shall strive to maintain confidentiality and cannot be disclosed or discussed
