The reality of the regulatory texts governing the State Football League with whites on the conduct of competitions

Abstract

Our study focused on the reality of the regulatory texts governing state football associations on the conduct of competitions, as the study was conducted on coaches, managers and players for state clubs of the White League, as they are the direct contributors to the process of achieving results through their knowledge of the legal and regulatory texts on competitions. Through the results of the research, it becomes clear to us that most of the coaches, managers and players are ignorant of the legal regulatory texts governing official competitions, which leads to receiving penalties during and after the competitions by the referees and the Association's Penalties Committee, and that the clubs are fined according to the type of punishment.
