The reality of the process of charge quantification in the Algerian swimming pools
Abstract
This research aims to identify the extent of coaches' awareness and con-trol of methods of quantifying the load and their use. This is done by studying a sample consisting of 18 coaches belonging to the 18 teams qualifying for the Algerian Cup. It was found that 83.3% of the trainers do not quantify the load in a scientific way. Only 16.66% of them are aware of some methods of quantification. I also hope that they do not have knowledge of the quantification methods because they are not covered during the training course. And specialized institutes, in addi-tion to federal, associations and teams by proposing training courses
