معايير تقييم النشر العلمي في المجلات العلمية المحكمة
الملخص
إن النتاج العلمي الذي توصل إليه الباحثون في مختلف العلوم يحتاج إلى تعميمه ونشره، حيث تظهر أهمية النشر العلمي كمقدم للمعرفة لجميع الباحثين، ومن أنواعه النشر في المجلات العلمية المحكمة. الذي جاء كآلية لردع عمليات النشر اللاأخلاقي، وهدفا لحماية حقوق النشر والحقوق الفكرية للباحثين. وبهذا اهتم الباحثون والهيئات الأكاديمية والبحثية من جامعات ومراكز البحث بوسائل النشر العلمي المحكمة والموثوقة، حيث يسعى عدد كبير من الباحثين إلى نشر أبحاثهم في المجلات العلمية المحكمة. ومن ثم جاء هذا المقال هدفا للإجابة على التساؤل التالي: ما هي معايير تقييم النشر العلمي في المجلات العلمية المحكمة؟
تم التوصل إلى أنه بالرغم من أن النشر في هذه المجلات والمصنفة منها يعد أحد الشروط للحصول على شهادة علمية أو ترقية أكاديمية، إلا أن هناك من الباحثين من ترفض بحوثهم لعدم إتباعهم للمعايير التي تعتمدها المجلات العلمية المحكمة في النشر العلمي، حيث تخضع أعمال الباحثين المرسلة إلى هذه المجلات للتحكيم من قبل المراجعين، والذين يقبلون فقط المقالات التي تتوافق مع قواعد النشر العلمي التي اعتمدتها المجلة، بدءا من مراعاة الباحث للفترة التي حددتها المجلة لإرسال المقالات وانتماء موضوع البحث لتخصص و اهتمامات المجلة، مرورا بمعايير ذات صلة بشكل ومحتوى البحث وصولا لصلاحية البحث للنشر.
