Abstract

In this article, we have looked at the ANEM, as an example that reflects one of the public employment strategies. With the review of the agency from the perspective of recent graduates, we aspired to a kind of evaluation of it. And based on the partial results of a survey, conducted by interviews, with a number of young people at the local agency of Béjaïa, this study has made it possible to report on different visions. Thus, there are young people who say they are more or less satisfied with the agency and what it offers, in particular in that it allows a first professional integration. On the other hand, and being of rather negative opinion, other young people underline shortcomings and other flaws which, according to them, characterize the agency.
