The importance of digital technology in improving the quality of distance higher education in Algeria

Abstract

Distance education or e-learning has become a necessary issue in Algerian society, especially in light of the health conditions that it is experiencing like other countries, but the distance education process in Algeria has faced many obstacles that prevented the achievement of a complete learning process, including those related to educational platforms, including those attached to the absence of the means through which the student receives educational materials, the article at hand aims to detect obstacles that limit the effectiveness of distance education on the one hand, and identify mechanisms to strengthen the educational process remotely.
