Abstract

Women are considered to be the foundations of economic construction, protected by rights, and they also offer duties towards them as an effective sector in building the state as a whole, through which we will focus on the role of women in society by providing them with the important human resource needed to build, develop and develop this society. It also has the lofty rights that it enjoys from all sides, even the religious side, which is concerned with the rights and duties entrusted to it and which are working to advance them towards the imams through which they build themselves and the economic sector as a whole, and rights help protect them and make red lines or borders that You should not skip it In the sense that rights have a role in the building and protection of women, especially economic rights. In our theoretical study, we will highlight the most important economic rights that the religious aspect has brought and its importance as rights that help the development and protection of women and contribute to the development of the economy as a whole
