The role of the rotation system and his function in the emergence of some Psychosomatic disorders - a field study on some nurses in the General Hospital -setif-

Abstract

The present study object to identify the work of the rotation system and his function in the emergence of some
Psychosomatic disorders in some nurses in the General Hospital - Al-Sittif. The sample of the study was in the nurses
working in the hospital, They were asked to investigate the Psychosomatic disorders, consisting of 20 items divided
into four axes. And a significant difference between nurses in the system of rotation and nurses in the normal work
system, where the first category obtained averages of higher than the second level in the level of Psychosomatic
disorders. There were no statistically significant differences among the members of the sample of nurses in the
system of work by turnover according to the variable marital status, and according to the variable of work
experience at the level of the Psychosomatic disorders.
