Abstract

The modernity of risk is to be transferred from the local community to the global community to the risks and their dynamics in various areas of social life has become the subject of the present, and a very strong bet within the risk community. The multiplicity of factual risks has been accompanied by a multiplicity of knowledge in the psychological, sociological and economic studies of classics and moderns to study these risks.
