Abstract

The more common values and beliefs are widely accepted among workers, The organizational culture is the values and beliefs committed by all members of the institution to determine what is desired and undesirable in the institution. The cultural values of the organization may differ from the values of some individuals or other institutions, Thus, the advantage of distinguishing the institution from other institutions
