Abstract

This article aims to study the effect of population aging on the financial balance of the pension system in algeria. The decline in fertility rates and the rise in the hope of life resulted in an increase in the number of elderly . This phenomenon, known as aging, was reflected in the national system of retirement in Algeria, which is subject to distribution which makes it more vulnerable to demographic and economic changes
