Abstract

The article try to discover the phenomenon of sexual assault against women, through the study of factors and the effects of this subject. Which is one of the most serious humanitarian crimes suffered by societies of different religions and cultures. It’s one of the forms of sexual deviations that do not correspond to values and social norms. The abuser runs behind his desires to achieve sexual satisfaction by using his strength such as blows and threats, leaving the effects and consequences of the long-term negative side on the victim. On the other hand, this victim will suffer several diseases if we can say it in several aspects (post-traumatic stress, inferiority and shyness, social deviation, introversion and social withdrawal, fear and anxiety, low self-esteem, gastrointestinal disorders). This article calls for an increased interest in studying this sensitive subject as it is a reality of a pension that leaves no comfort, neither to the victim nor to society
