The reality of in-service training from the view of primary education teachers "Field study in Ghardaia"
Abstract
The study aims to reveal the views of the primary education teachers about the training during the service they benefited from previously and the relation of this to both the professional experience and the study level. To achieve these objectives, a questionnaire built by the researcher about the training during service was applied on a sample of 218 male and female teachers of primary education in Ghardaia, the results of the study showed an average rate of the content of the training during the service, and that there is no difference in the assessment of primary education teachers due to the professional experience or the difference in the study level
