Abstract

This study aims to build an objective picture of the labor market in Algeria by tracking the presence of women in all
sectors of the activity. We provide a follow-up reading of how to integrate women at work in different phases of independent
Algeria. This sociological reading is based primarily on tow interpretive factors. The first concerns the path of social
ideologization in which the discourse of the state, through its legislative, and political means, attempted to reshape the social
Hierarchies to achieve revolutionary and socialist goals. The second factor relates to the cultural dimension which is similar in
political and revolutionary limits to the modernization process, but it avoids from control situation ,when it has produced a
social and critical space and obsacle for women's work .the researchers will adopt a sociohistorical process to understand the
status of the labor market, is based on an explanation of the quality of the dominant sector of activity, the quality of work, the
field of entrepreneurship, which are in fact the consequences of social contexte incubator, which produces social conceptions
for women's paradigms, values, education, politics.
