Abstract


The reality of higher education in the Arab world and the problems and difficulties facing it are among the issues that present
themselves with particular urgency at the present time while witnessing many changes and global and local changes in different fields
of development. This requires finding ways to develop and reform this sector in order to provide targeted education to meet the needs
of society, especially in light of the knowledge and technological developments that Arab countries need in order to achieve
comprehensive development. In this context, this article attempts to shed light on some important variables that are closely related to
the reality of higher education in Arab countries and the ways of developing it. Doing this we are trying to present a simple and clear
