Abstract

interactions. Given the risk of isolation and marginalization caused by the absence of linguistic exchanges between the patient and
his /her entourage, the speech therapist practice must focus its action towards the management of the aphasic person as a whole
and not only of the linguistic deficit. In this document, we suggest therapeutic approaches essentially based on the concept of
aphasia handicap suggested by international classification
