Abstract

The organizations have been intimately connected to the issue of authority. They have
become priorities in the early studies and sociological research of the organizational
field, as a consecration of compliance that crystallizes the logic of its importance.
Power means the ability to influence that behavior and direct it toward the goals and
objectives set by those who have the power to impose their will. This has enabled us to
