Abstract

Successful management is a rare commodity at present, and the organization's leadership
is contributing to achieving its objectives and continuing its growth and progress through the
efficient utilization of the organization's resources and making it more valuable. The biggest
success of the administrative leadership is to obtain the cooperation of the employees and
make them work as one team And coherent. The behavior of the leader, the manner in which
he behaves and his cooperation with the members of the organization has an important role
in obtaining more of their efforts and their rush to work. This is achieved through the
democratic pattern, unlike the other two types of corruption, in which the role of the leader is
absent and dominated by indifference in governance, And authoritarianism, which limit the
efforts of subordinates, as discussed in the theories of leadership study
