Analysis of the causes of infant mortality - a field study on a sample of women in the maternity department, Al-Hakim Saadane Clinic in Laghouat -

Abstract

This study seeks for identifying the main reasons which cause infant mortality(starting
from 0 to 11months ) in algeria. In which it shows the death of the new born babies before
even they turn 1year old of their lives . There for،we made this study on a sample of ladies،in
the maternity section-at the specialised hospital institution-DOCTOR SADANLAGHOUAT.the study is precise for those women who gave birth to a baby who died before
even he turns 1year old.there for the whole focus was on the different internal/external
conditions and the reasons which may affect the mother during the pregnancy and giving
birth،more over to the period after the later too.
