Abstract

Social science has been influenced by political, moral and ideological ideas.
However, in arab communities we notice the spread of dependence and simulation of the
European model with regard to the social theory. For instance, Ibn Kholdoun was the
founder of Sociology which he used to call" the Science of Human Urbanism". He studied
thr emergence and evolution of human societies and the reasons behind the change.
Ibenkholdoun highlighted that the communities did change from primitive simple to more
complex forms of human societies and their evolution as the industry was the basis for the
development of civilization. The theary is the interpretation side of life by taking care of
the structures and function and scrutiny of news and facts, but Arab societies lacked
studying the socio-national theory so as to obtain their pure arab theory emanating from
cultural and historical experience extracts such as Ibn khaldoun and emboby the
ideological and cultural figures of the Arab nation through analytical cirtical study to the
Western theory. In addition, arab communities should depend on the rational thinking hich
enables them achieve comprehensive development. Furthemore, it is essential to read the
past with a present mind in order to combat the manifestations of underdevelopment and
dependency
