Local development between the intellectual and realistic framework

Abstract

This article will study the most important points in the local development as a
process and as a part of the development. That is due to the flexibility of the development
and its possibility to spread all around the country, and its well investment of the local
resources. It is also an efficacious tool in dealing with number of economic, social and
cultural questions and problems. We will also analyse the Algerian experience in the local
development in Algeria.
