Abstract

This study aims to identify the dimensions of organizational citizenship behavior,
the latter because of its implications, whether at the individual level or at the level of
regulation as it is the essence of the regulatory process for being reflective mirror for
the exercise of democratic leadership, and is influenced by the behavior of
organizational citizenship array of internal factors of the environment regulatory and
culture of the organization and other factors that help to adopt a workers'
organizational citizenship behavior or hinder them on it and external factors as values
community social, economic and political aspects and other factors which, either
directly or indirectly affect the organizational citizenship behavior and we will try
through this research paper highlighting the key dimensions to organizational
citizenship behavior.
