Interpretation of organizational behavior within the framework of social action within the institution - a field study at M'sila University -

Abstract

involves organizational behavior on the study of behavior in organizational
positions, the study of the organization itself and also study the interaction between
human behavior and the organization on the one hand and the interaction of the
organization with the environment on the other hand, and therefore in order to
understand human behavior and its interpretation, we must understand and look for
the characteristics who's the character of individuals in their capacity as individual
entities are characterized by a degree of independence from each other. The study
also concluded that the solidarity and interaction that built the study sample,
whether horizontal or vertical or weaken much as situational affiliations of active
relationships.
