Information technology and the professionalism of the worker

Abstract

As far as human source is concerned, this era, nowadys, is considred as a unity of both :
the development of technology and the ideal expliotation of profetional comeptences.
This is what they refer to by the growth of human sources.This unity is resulted from the
speed development of technology. Hence, following such a development becomes more
than a necessity, somthing enevitable. To realise that, we must create professional
competences who are able to go hand in hand with such civilised world to best benefit
from information and reinforce these competences.
