School administration between tradition and modernity

Abstract

Un like in the past، the goals of educators and administrators becomes more
than a process of routine in whcih the aim of the direcctor becomes more than the
protection of the system in his/her institution and assuring that it goes upon the
proposed plan such as controlling students and teachers' attendance. Rather، the
concern now is centred on the learner، finding circumstances and conditions that
help to develop their physical، mental and spiritual abilities. Now، the director of the
school plays an important role in the program as a leader and as the representative
of school management. The success of the educational process depends on the type
of direction and administration. Further، all people: students، teachers and parents
need the help and the guidance of the director.
