Abstract

The issue of organizational change is considered one of the most important topics that occupied the thoughts of researchers and scholars who tried to understand the effects resulting from it, and what are the most important areas that organizational change affects within the economic institution. Since the subject of change is a complex subject, the views on it have multiplied with the multiplicity of definitions given to it, and the multiplicity of designations, as some researchers go to call it organizational development, for example. Change is a call for development, upgrading, and gradation for the better, and this matter may be very difficult to achieve due to the complexity of this phenomenon, so the consequences retain the peculiarity of surprise that carries with it what is positive and what is negative at the same time, with an emphasis on the relativity of negativity and positivity.
