The concept of freedom between theory and practice
Abstract
The concept of freedom is one of the concepts that has received and continues to receive great attention from various social and scientific groups. Because it includes many components and dimensions that make it use different uses from one society to another, according to the social representations expressed in it. In this article, we try to present the concept by reviewing the legal and institutional aspects of it that enable it to be practiced within a framework that guarantees non-prejudice to public rights and freedoms. That is, it is a dynamic concept that takes different and divergent fields, but the regulatory frameworks allow not to overstep its practice arbitrarily, which enables security to be achieved. and social stability.
