The results of the study supported the validity of the study hypotheses, as it is clear from the analysis of the results of the study that: The relationship between neighbors has changed from what it was in the past, and this supports the validity of the first hypothesis. Among the neighbors today, this is what supports the validity of the second hypothesis. Finally, the results show that solutions can be found to restore the relations of neighbors with their neighbors to what they were in the past, if the neighbors understood the meaning of social communication, supporting the validity of the third hypothesis.
