The reality of applying school counseling programs in schools
Abstract
Educational guidance is a set of social, psychological, and psychosocial processes that determine students to choose some branches of formation, and it is also a set of activities directed to students, parents, and teachers in order to contribute to the development of their tasks in a special context within educational institutions. And school guidance today is an integral reality of The teacher, as it determines to a large extent the chances of successful professional integration in the labor market, which is becoming more and more difficult, and is the basis of support in the teaching and learning process, as it provides a way for the teacher to organize his work more efficiently while facilitating the improvement of performance for students. This article attempts to see the reality of counseling in the school, through a field study in a high school.
