Abstract

This article aims to bring a new vision to evaluate the performance of the work team, the old methods depended on the statistical, analytical tools but this article designing little the bias of new method in the control of the quality of work team, it is the binary theory that can be applied in performance evaluation, this method is based on mathematical logic, Boolean algebra and karnaugh tables
