Abstract

After the founding of the United Nations, a new international order based on justice and fairness appeared in the world, and this system was supposed to do justice to the colonized countries and guarantee their rights to live in freedom and independence like the rest of the European peoples who were liberated from Nazi domination. Powerful countries over the organs of this body prevented the realization of the aspirations of the oppressed peoples in the three continents: Africa, Asia and Latin America, and the Algerian people were among these peoples, so they resorted to taking up arms and declaring the liberation revolution against the most powerful colonial power in that period.
