Through our study, we want to search for advantages and limits from the perspective of the influence of television programs directed at the child, where the child needs a set of needs, including physical, social and psychological ones, and the need to control the child's feelings and emotions, and the child's need for affection, tenderness, warmth and love, and the child's acquisition of social values ​​and moral virtues And others, and the child's need for knowledge and correct information about the universe, nature, and society, all of this requires the preparation of specialized programs for that, but television programs directed to the child from positive advantages and negative directives require us to search in this research paper for advantages and limits.
