Abstract
The real estate promotion refers to a set of activities carried out by every natural or legal person with commercial competence in order to complete or renew real estate properties designated for sale, rent, or to meet special needs. To practice industrial, vocational, or commercial activities, and based on these actions, the real estate developer must conclude several contracts from the moment the lands are prepared to the stage of handing over the building to the beneficiary.
