Abstract

The main challenge facing parliaments today is to reconcile and overcome the gap between the prominent position and the important role that the constitution gives them, and the almost complete absence in the media scene. Added to this challenge are the difficulties and advantages associated with parliamentary communication. Parliamentary communication is characterized by being institutional communication completely separate from the constituent parts of Parliament, while members and the political parties that make up it undertake political communication.
