Abstract

Attention to the human element in modern organizations has become one of the issues that have received a great deal of attention from researchers and experts in the field of human resource management in particular, based on their conviction of the place occupied by the human element within the organization, as it is considered the engine and the main focus of the production process. Effectiveness, which is the highest goal of any organization, depends on the extent of achieving polarization and the best selection of individuals and their development in order to guide them towards better performance1. Therefore, human resources management, which is one of the sub-systems within the overall system represented by the organization, occupies a strategic position as it is responsible for attracting, selecting, appointing and developing the human resource, measuring its performance and then directing it. These are complex and interrelated processes that require those in charge of them. Constant care and vigilance in order to reach efficiency in performance.
