The legal mechanisms and international institutional procedures responsible for promoting cultural heritage protection
Abstract
This study deals with the concept of mechanisms for the protection of cultural heritage through a set of international legal texts (conventions) concerning the promotion and protection of cultural heritage as a national asset. Moreover, the link between its present and its past.
In addition to the most important institutions and international organizations charged with the protection and promotion of cultural heritage and ways to activate the mechanisms of protection applied to this cultural property
