Abstract

Digital transformation has emerged as a global phenomenon, profoundly impacting all facets of our lives, particularly within the vital and central field of education. This transformation is no longer an optional addition but has become an urgent necessity due to the rapid global changes, especially following the proliferation of hybrid work environments. These environments integrate traditional educational methods, which rely on direct interaction, with digital modalities that leverage technology, thereby creating a more flexible and adaptable educational system. Pedagogical communication is the cornerstone of any successful educational process. It transcends mere information exchange; it is a dynamic and complex process that directly influences the quality of interaction between teacher and student. Effective pedagogical communication aims to clarify concepts, provide constructive feedback, and motivate students toward active participation and critical thinking.

The significance of studying the impact of digital transformation on this vital form of communication is unequivocally evident. With the advent of digital tools such as e-learning platforms, virtual discussion forums, and visual communication media, the nature of pedagogical interaction has undergone radical changes. Classrooms are no longer confined within school walls but now encompass virtual spaces that enable communication anytime and anywhere. Alongside these expansive possibilities, new challenges inherent in the hybrid environment have surfaced.
