Abstract

Textiloma is a very rare but well-known postoperative complication. It may be a foreign body made up of compress (es) or surgical drape (s) left at an operating site. The clinic associates chronic transit disorders with sub-occlusive syndromes. We report the case of a 54-year-old patient admitted at our level for the surgical management of an acute intestinal obstruction whose per-op exploration
found an intra-abdominal textilloma accidentally discovred
