The startup in Algeria: Characteristics and obligations

Abstract
In recent times, we have seen the emergence of structures that welcome businesses and which have gained momentum in the economic life of the country. These structures are only the incubators that must have the capacity to fit into sustainable development policy. Startup incubators are growing and aim to be an integral part of the business and employment creation sector. In order to encourage this type of business to emerge, the Algerian legislator has reserved the start-up a very motivating fiscal framework, especially for start-ups by granting young entrepreneurs wishing to invest in innovative companies a total exemption from VAT and IBS
